Is this only for people with knee replacement surgery or can someone who has had another form of knee surgery such as tendon release surgery use this as well?

As long as there are no contraindications or precautions from your surgeon about putting your knee in this position, then yes someone who has had other knee surgeries may benefit from using the zero degree knee pillow

I am still healing from surgery March last year. Still painful and extension is poor. Having read of the pillow I hoped it might help with the extension and the pain.

How many reps on knee replacement. How many times a day

There is no exact amount of reps but in general I would say 1-2 sets of 10-15 reps performed at least 3 times per day over the first week and decrease to eventually 1x per day as your rehab progresses.

There is no set amount of time, you can have your foot in the pillow whenever you are lying down or sitting as long as you tolerate it. After awhile it can start to get uncomfortable in the knee, especially early on after surgery as all the soft tissue is stretching out.
