Anyone who doesn't love brass and customization done by hand is just wrong. This is great work! I just bought one of these today. I've heard horror stories about CRKT soft screws and loctite. How has the disassembly been on this model?

Thank you very much! Honestly, disassembly has been pretty good. I've had a few screws be a little stubborn but with the right tools they came out. If anything, a little heat took care of it🙂 Gerber knives are the worst to take apart in my experience.

Man, I'm gonna have to send my knife to you if/when you start doing commission work again! I have a CEO Flipper I picked up recently but it feels pretty "meh" aesthetically. I recently got into anodizing titanium as well and have really wanted titanium scales + clip for mine so I could play around with it and make it look a bit dressed up. Also, I'm a huge fan of the shortened clip; I have bigger hands and that hot spot sure does get to me after awhile. Solid work mate, big, big fan!

Hello. A great job. Super cool that stonewashed finish. I think i would acid etch the blade very dark to contrast, but that is just my taste. Not to heavy at all. All the best.

That pocket clip turned out really nice! In general I love this one. I absolutely dislike the scales on the new CEO flipper, I much prefered the look of the original CEO scales. So these brass ones are a huge step up and they look incredible! This one might pop even more if you acid washed / darkened the blade, liner and hardware and I say that as somebody who usually doesn't even like murdered out knives!

Stonewashed brass is a really nice look! I would be interested to see how those patina over time. How durable do you expect the new pocket clip to be? Looks very nice and functional. Great work!

I agree! The brass should get more golden over time, at least that's what happened to my regular CEO I did a while back.🙂 The pocket clip should hold up fine as long as it's not over extended. 🙂

I had the original but I wanted to try the flipper so I gave the original away. The only thing is the scales are so ugly on this knife I won’t even carry it.
