これは！と感動してハサミ研ぎにつかったら、ハサミが一気にダメになってしまって、自己責任だけどダメでした。 砥石で研ぐ時の約15度の角度に保つスペーサーの作り方は素晴らしいと思いました。 ただ、研ぎ方間違っているのと、砥石の中心が凹んでいるので砥石を研ぐ砥石を使って平らにしてほしいし、砥石に水が足りないです。包丁一本研ぐだけで、真ん中が凹む程デリケートです。包丁を一本研いだら、洗った後、色鉛筆で砥石に縦横の網目を書いて、砥石を研ぐ砥石で擦ってみてください。包丁一本研ぐだけで砥石の真ん中が凹んでる事にびっくりすると思います
