I just wanted a dark souls style armet, honestly the armors in this game make me borderline pissed off, not because they don’t have exactly what I want, because they somehow don’t have anything even remotely similar to what I want, how do you make a fantasy game and not have any of the cool medieval-renaissance knight armors? Like nope not a single one, it’s not like the vast majority of people play fighter or anything

@@Burning_Alive I was just about to comment about this. Tis really is a shame to not have a full plate helmet like in souls series / elden ring. Fortunately, the Adamantine Splint Armor looks like the one that Anri of Estora from ds3 wears, which looks really cool.

Disappointed by the severe lack of full-face helmets, I can't believe there aren't any just.. regular knightly looking helms in the game.

Commenting to add that there ARE full-face helmets near the end of Act II, but they don't really do anything so you'd be wearing it strictly for the fashion.

Surprised the helmets near the end of act 2 in the mindflayer area isn't here. for reference, there's quite a few full face helmets by that butcher guy by the start of the area, some of them looked nice but they arent good at all in terms of stats, which sucks but w/e

Yeah I looted those, one of those helmets is the same model of the Oathbreaker Paladin model. I was so convinced I'd be able to get that set because I found this grey piece lol. There's even a plumed knight helmet but also useless.

That’s most of the armor honestly, I’m very disappointed in the armors in this game, the ones that make sense look boring and the ones they tried to make cool look goofy and the ones they tried to make fantasy look stupid, it’s like actually depressing the best looking sets in the game is chainmail and a few of of the plate looking armors

Even without the Circlet of Bones giving access to the Animate Dead spell, I can see it being worn by necromancers due to the fact that it makes your undead pets even harder to kill.

There is a burgeonet (not listed in the video) called "Watch's helmet". It's a common helmet found at the House of Grief. Best looking helmet I've found so far for a history nerd such as myself. Would love for armets or sallets to be released, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Hopefully transmog, though.

SPOILER ACT 3: Im not sure if its the only way but by doing a dark urge playthrough you can loot it from the servant at the culmination of your fighting with orin. I haven't done a non dark urge playthrough yet but if its available for everyone then it should be from the same place.

it will be the same just most of the head poking out. helmets don't change to accommodate the spikes.

It seems like it won't work, the only way to recruit both her and halsin is to rush to moonrise tower without doing goblin quest, and then comeback to speak to halsin about oliver. By doing this you auto fail all the druid grove quest and you will miss out on all the tiefling stuff and out of karlach romance
