Sir ek ankle pain pe video banaye. Mere ankle mai pain hota h last 10 months se. Rest karane k baad dubara se running start karata hu tab phir pain start ho ja raha h. Ek dr. Ko dikhaya toa wo bhi treatment sahi se nhi kar pa raha halanki unhone pain ka reason zarur bataya wo bataye.... Calicium deposition and injury... KINDLY sir iss problem ka ek behtarin solution aap apane experience aur knowledge ka zarur share kare... Is par aapake video ka intezar rahega.... Lastly i like your all video in believe in your scientific method of calculation that's the extra reason for your suggestion and guidance ......thnx...

Sir ji bow legs ghutne se leker foots tak dhanus jesi tedi ho gyi h sirf 3 saal me Mene stretching bahut ki Lekin sahi nahi hua aap koi exercise bataye jisse koi fark pade

Sir in race time we load simple or complex cabs?? Which best for runners

For carb loading it is better to use complex carbs, but for instant carbs requirement you will have to take simple carbs

You cannot change the arch of your foot however you can do exercises so that problems with flat foot doesn't trouble you
