Are you required to state that you do not consent? For example if a cop quickly detained and wrongfully searched you, would you have needed to state anything? The cops here really jump the gun on things..

But let’s talk facts! You live in Madison County you have NO RIGHTS! I have begged for help every since I found out my Lawyer never filed my lawsuit against the city! I am now physically disabled and mentally disabled, they came to wrong house only 1 officer entered my house he knocked me out handcuffed me and tazed me stomping on my back head legs I screamed for help! The cop put me in cell for 3 days no toilet water food and denied medical treatment I was told by every police officer that came to visit me saying how sorry they were and they were told they couldn’t get me help, and 2 left the precinct and went to a different station! No I had never disobeyed the law! I sat there soaked for days in my own urine blood and yea feces ! The chief ignored me and we all have known each other for decades yes I lost my vision with 4 failed eye surgeries, Covid came I had to wait for back surgery, I got my spine removed and now have 2 donors spine placed in my back! Again this happened 8-28-2017 in Madison County I can’t go into names because thank goodness for the Supreme Court of Illinois changed the statute of limitations for filing, and thank you to the US Marshal who has been by my side and now is helping me sue the city each individual that didn’t get me help the hospital for when they called the police station and they admitted to already knowing what happened and had no further comment! I have these records pictures and every single doctor standing behind me! The justice system is very corrupt! PTSD is so so bad and hard to deal with but I am learning and I am bed ridden pretty much all the time so I do most of my research! Then the city Mayor calls me March 2023 and tries to get me to settle with them, no way but I went to the meeting because I know they have cameras everywhere and I was told I couldn’t bring my phone or purse! I love my city but I don’t trust the police or lawyers anymore because no way he would of had the information that I knew and lawyers were told so definitely one of the lawyers gave them a heads up!
