This Reed is documented to be more scientific less everything else, Sue had time to have affairs. It looks weird to have both men there its best at that moment Strom was blasting lightening getting overwhelmed. Namor don't care Sue is not his one and only the same can be said for T'Challa their kings. The moment Dylan showed his power Reed forgot of Sue's infidelity's he was ready to scan and probe the power level of the kid; is he Omega or Alpha.

@@HolyHadou I like Dylan more than Franklin cuz Franklin is usually just used as a deus ex machina character that can basically do anything, whereas Dylan has a specific set of powers that while not being the most powerful, are unique only to him and while they are very useful in the situation, we saw in Venom Beyond how wrong Dylan's powers can go.
