Certainly not, so many people emanate Kobe to the point of where they will carry on his game and you will get to see different future variations of Kobe, that Kobe himself might like. What we lost is knowing what he thinks about everything in basket ball after his death. Part of why we love the game is because long after you die, your play means somthing (baseball is my sport so lots of greats have been lost... some during their career) but as for the person, i could never place a value on our loss with Kobe the human. I know him as Kobe the artist. My heart goes out to all hurting from his absence.

Ppl sleep on the fact that tmac was a great defender. Kobe and Shaq we're also great defenders. I cant say how many chips they would have won. But I think 5 in the first run would not have been out the pix. Why cause tmac has also stated that he would have been the mediator in the fued that started between Shaq and Kobe and he believes it would have never happened if he was there on that Lakers squad. Jerry West almost pulled it off. Lakers would have had a tremendous dynasty

*Back in 2001, I got to watch Vince Carter show off during pre-game warmups. He did a bunch ov dunks n tricks, n he even came right over to the group I was with on the sideline, looked at us n smiled n no look hooked a 3 from baseline!!!! He put his "shush finger" to his lips laughed n danced around. It was such an awesome thing. Glad he was a Sacramento King fer a season. Lotz ov respect fer Vince!!!!*

Yeah....no. You don't put 3 shooting guards together and expect them to dominate. Vince would turn Passive and turn into a spot up shooter, Kobe would be despite to show he is better then Jordan and be shot jacking stupid shots and Jordan would lose his mind over Kobe's chucking and Carters passive play. Stylistically they don't work. Something well balanced like Jordan, Duncan and Klay would be much better

Except Mike and Scotty... No issues there. Kobes "D" was always suspect. Mike's never. Kobe isn't stopping Mike, Mike can stop Kobe. T-Mac couldn't handle Scottie or his D. That's historically proven..
@andycarollsuarez
@andycarollsuarez 5 жыл бұрын
@@Tyrannosaurus_STFU_III Except Kobe actually did stop mike before. T-mac in his prime most definitely could handle any D unless it's Kareem and Shaq both double-teaming him at the same time. Remember, 13 points in 35 seconds....and 81 points a game. Not saying they would wipe Mike and Scotty, but it sure as hell won't be an easy one for Mike and Scotty.
@Tyrannosaurus_STFU_III
@Tyrannosaurus_STFU_III 5 жыл бұрын
@@andycarollsuarez no, not easy. But having watched each one of them from day one and understanding their games. Mike/Pip are the superior duo in this scenario. Yeah, 81 can't take that away. But I'll put Mike's 63 on the Hall of Fame laden Celtics in the playoffs over that. Kobe would never drop 81 on Mike. Never. Tmacs 11 in 30 was amazing. But he didn't play like that all the time. Never made it out of the first round.
@andycarollsuarez
@andycarollsuarez 5 жыл бұрын
@@Tyrannosaurus_STFU_III Not taking anything away from Mike and his 63 points, but Kobe had the 3 point game that Mike never really had, and that will be a big advantage for Kobe. Also, kobe most definitely can stop Mike, not all the time but to a certain extend, and it would be the same same for Mike against Kobe as Mike has better defense but Kobe has a wider and better range of offense as well. As for T-Mac, yes he never really played like that all the time, but maybe with kobe around spreading his mamba mentality, T-mac would have been more consistent. Who knows. One thing's for sure, a team with Kobe, T-mac and Shaq together would be fcking ridiculous.

Kobe's first words about Harden age like the finest wine. Kobe also gave advice to Ben Simmons, who did not listen to him. As one of the few, Mr. Giannis trained with Kobe when Kobe ended his career. Kobe gave him advice and gave him a challenge to win the MVP. Not only did he do it, but he also won a real championship. edit Kobe, with his knowledge and mentality for basketball, would assemble a team of role-players to play in the finals, and win. This guy is a basketball genius. If only he wanted to be a GM or a coach.
