nice thing is that you have a free retake if you fail the exam. I knew I wasn't ready for the exam, but knowing I can have a retake, I decided to try and I did 54% . That was a few months ago and now I am trying to get ready again, but forgot a lot lol

From Kubernetes basics course, can i go directly to ur CKA course ? or should i complete ur CKAD course 1st, then CKA course ?

It subjects to what's your next plan after you took either of the exams. If you intend to take CKS in the future , then the path must go straight to CKA , cos CKA is a prerequisite of CKS exam. If you just look for the jobs dealing with K8S , CKAD is enough. Since each of these exams are not cheap and charge you around 400 US for each one.

"Please follow CKA course to recall, and restructure the knowledge before doing the mock exam and then seat for the actual exam. And as you are working on Kubernetes for a while, during the learning period, you can skip some sections that you feel are well-known. Or maybe you can start directly with the mock exams, based on your experiences with k8s, and if you see any topic that you’re not familiar, get back to the course to learn it."
