Sounds great. I have the CARF Spitfire considering this engine... what rpm range; fuel consumption pm; blade size: any problems with the electric starter: do you run a pump: 50:1 mix@ what oil: anything else I need to know????? Thanks

I have it in the spitfire and had about 16 flights on it without issue, see it here kzbin.info/www/bejne/rny0pIJ_jpd0oNU&ab_channel=RobCrawford. First flight as soon as she left the ground the engine died a little and i knew it was starving for fuel a little maybe because I'm not running a pump, next flight I screwed all four mixtures out a turn and no problems since so if you're not running a pump just leave the mixture slightly rich. Only other problem was the speed controller on the starter failed, replaced it with a beefier one and it's been grand. I would suggest using blue locktite on the prop bolts or tighten them every flight as they do slacken off. The prop is a fiala 22x10 which are great, really well balanced and no flex. For fuel use sthil 40:1 fuel because it's available. Hope this helps.

I hear the 150 doesn't sound as good and the power isn't worth the extra weight but different strokes for different folks. I adjusted the hall sensor until there was no noticeable vibration but down on about 500 revs but then i still need to lean the mixture somewhat. What model are you dropping this lump into?

Nice. I am considering either the 135 or the 150. How's the vibration like?
