honestly, going back to 21 with that Jacob Degrom card, I never had any issue with just how nuts he was. this was the year where he had nearly the greatest first half for a pitcher in years (arguably ever) and SDS actually made his stats match his performance which is something that I don't think that they do very often

the overpowered pitching in 21 was purely the fact that pinpoint was op imo. they didn’t have the par for the pitches, sinkers and offspeed weren’t punished for pitching them up in the zone, etc

There not, yet People will buy packs if they have to, especially content creators (no offense koogs lol) Anyways they will lose a ton of their player base when college football 25 comes out in July Don’t be surprised if it’s pay to win until that game comes out in the summer And then the grind 99 content structure comes back again when everyone starts leaving as a way to bring people back The money grind is honestly so damn sad Imagine if the game last year with this years gameplay and this years sets/no seasons model it would be so nice lol

The only reason I haven't been upset of screamed about the pack content is I'm giving them the benefit of hoping we see some of these packs as rewards along the reward paths tomorrow. If not, well yeah then we know they decided to stop being a fun possibly NMS game to, hey want better cards well give us more money for a game that is still broken when it comes to some aspects

A show classics program would be incredible, there’s so many options of fan favorites from the past that people would absolutely love and the discourse around yesterdays content drop would go from people being pissed to SDS being praised for an awesome content drop. People misconstrue our frustration as people being pissed about good cards being in packs, that’s not a problem, it’s that you can’t get these without stubs or getting lucky in a pack. And it’s not easy to make stubs unless you want to spend your entire time playing this game flipping, which sucks. SDS is going to kill the game and people will just stop buying it.
