KOReader vs Pocketbook Reader app on e-Readers

Hi Stefan, great video, I'm thinking about buying my first e-reader, but I can't decide between the Kobo Clara BW (it has a better screen and is more modern) and the Pocketbook Verse Pro (it has text to speech and better build quality, a little more expensive) I wanted to know your opinion

I would go for the kobo Clara BW. Great device and works with no problems. It will last you for a long time.

Hej Stefan Jag äger en Kobo Clara BW och är på jobb efter ett tjänst där man kan ladda ner sina böcker också? Bor i Norge o förstår mig inte riktigt på Kobo butiken , dålig på att söka eller så är det dåligt utval. Har du några tips på någon tjänst (som storytel , etc) eller bok sida med rimliga priser? Tack för dina videos. Älskar Koreader o alla dess inställningar :)

Storytel fungerar inte på en Kobo. Jag brukar köpa mina böcker från bokus.com och läsa dom på mina Kobo och alla andra ebokläsaren jag har

hello, thanks for your valuable videos and advice. i installed koreader on pocketbook era. it works great. in case i want to uninstall it, how should i proceed. thanks for the reply.

I have never own a pocketbook but on kobo devices it is as simple as deleting the KOReader folder.

How is koreader support for pocketbook? Im debating a pocketbook color 3 vs libra colour. Id like the color 3, because it has a 7.8" screen.

I have never used a pocketbook myself but I know that it should be easy to install KOReader on them and that it works great.

It has good support. I'm using KOReader on Pockebook Inkpad Color 3 and it doesn't have noticeable flows. The only drawback is lack of DRM support, for that you'll have to use the built-in reader.

That is the same on Kobo. KOReader doesn’t have support so for that you have to use the built in reader or remove DRM
