fyi: this drama is a mini short drama called "lunch box" with 3 episodes and each episode is 7-8 mins long. this drama is about a guy having a crush with a girl who is a moslem and he's pretty good at cooking so he made a lunch box for her but cuz the girl is a moslem she cant eat it. so he learnt how to made halal food and finally she want to eat it. and the female lead in here is indonesian thats why if u want to watch it in channel k-food fair 2015 the drama is with indonesia subtitle. this drama was made to promoting about halal food in korea. /sorry for my english 😅

Cooking Halal is easy, doesn't require all that stress. Here you go: don't use pork or anything (sauce, gelatine...etc) related to it. Don't use wine or any alcoholic drinks or sauces. And eat Halal meat (except fish, which is eaten without restrictions) and it is meat that is slaughtered in a specific way : the animal has to be alive and healthy, a Muslim has to perform the slaughter in the appropriate ritual manner, and the animal's throat must be cut by a sharp knife severing the carotid artery, jugular vein and windpipe in a single swipe. Blood must be drained out of the carcass. -> you can just buy Halal meat anyways. There, THREE rules and you're cooking Halal for any Muslim. Amazing video by the way 😍 Thank you!

kekeke. where else nearby Korea has a high concentration of Muslims LOL. What I hope for the long run is that Halal become the dominant food choice for the world not so much for its business/economic value but rather for the holistic values it offers for both the consumer and the animal. With all the Islamophobia going on food will be suitable non political bridge to expose to True Islam. Even if a consumer takes away the "religious links" of slaugthering the food in the name of God, they can use scientific/logical aspect as to why there is Halal/Haram groupings. Like pork whose consumption is banned and practised by Jewish/ SOME Christian denominitions/ Islam. And the pig, because it has a cloven hoof that is completely split, but will not regurgitate its cud; it is unclean for you. You shall not eat of their flesh, and you shall not touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you. - Leviticus 11:7-8 With science it is proven that the pig is a scavenger and has fast digestive system which cant completely clean out the toxic from its food and thus absorved into the flesh. Hopefully people can see the hikmah and start understanding the religion in depth.

It doesn't really affect our relationship as a family, except she can't pray together with us. In my country, there are many cases like this, and they are living just fine. Nobody try to decapitate them. Of course, usually the parents will be very sad when their kids converted, because they can't pray for the parents after they passed away and they can't live the parents' legacy. I don't know what happened to your friends, but I feel sorry for them, as well as the Muslims in the other part of the world who were killed and justified because of their faith.
