I want to thank you Mark for broadening my palette, with the durian fruit. I watched you on you tube eating all different types of durian and I wanted to try it so I did. I love onions so I was prepared for that, I bit into it and it was like parts of my brain that wasn’t used woke up. I love all the Korean fruits I tried all of them. And thank you for teaching and showing us a wonderful culture. I eat Korean food every day and I’m Italian. Lol God bless

Wow, duck meat! I normally cook it adding chopped onions, chives and sometimes bellpppers altogether. I also heard that duck fat is good for body so I don't remove. My mouth is watering!
