Korean spicy rice cakes (tteokbokki/ddukbokki 떡볶이)

Korean recipe in italian: Tteokbokki.
They are pan-fried rice cakes with spicy sauce: it is a typical Korean street food, especially liked by young people, also people who like spicy food will love this dish!

The ingredients are:
300g of rice dumplings "tteokbokki"
200g of cabbage
1 piece of spring onion or leek
1 clove of garlic
200 / 300g of fishcake fish balls (optional)
If you are vegetarian you can also not use fishcakes.
For the sauce:
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Korean spicy sauce "gochujang"
2 spoons of honey
You should be able to find tteokbokki, fishcake and gochujang sauce in the largest Asian shop near your home.
Look for products made in Korea, also because the Chinese rice cakes have a different preparation.
If you find Chinese or Thai fishcakes, it's okay, because they are much easier to find than Korean ones (talking about italian shops).
