Pohang is the name of an area adjacent to the beach located in the southeastern part of Korea.
I eat a lot of fresh seafood from the sea.
There are many markets for seafood.
Jukdo Market is huge markets also count on my fingers in Korea.
Songdo Raw Fish Center is a place that deals with state-run natural seafood.
The conversation in the video is just a private chat aimed at relaxing the tension between the scenes, but there is nothing important.
I hope you will feel comfortable by grooming food ingredients.

For those wondering, that gush of blue was blood, and the octopus died in that moment. The movement afterwards is due to the nerves. Each arm (tentacle) has around 400,000 neurons, and can move independent of the body for up to an hour. After he killed it, it's brain and other organs were immediately removed. This is not a creature trying to escape because of pain, this is the result of a very intense nervous system aimlessly trying to fire in a creature that is already dead. This trait exists in the octopus because of the simple fact that predators will often go for the arms of the octopus, and their continuous movement after being severed may allow the rest of the octopus to get away free.

For people who don’t know, Octopus have a decentralized brain system. This means the octopus almost has part of its brain in every tentacle making the brain the body. This makes it so when the main part of the brain is cut off the octopus stops feeling pain and thinking but continues to move because other parts of its brain is still alive. So, In summary, the octopus was killed humanely and painlessly.

Actually, he killed it very quickly. He cut the major vein and nerve bundle first. The blue spray is actually the blood of the octopus. ( in case you weren’t aware, I don’t want to assume anything.) Then he removed the major organs. They continue to move after death. Most animals do. I’m not sure where you live in the world, but I know we are not exposed to the actual butchering process in America. Of all the octopus videos I’ve seen, this one of the most humane dispatchings I’ve seen. 🐙😭

for anyones information, the man did not slice up the octopus while it felt pain. The first thing done was tearing off the nerve that connected the body and brain that is in charge of sending "pain" signals to the octopus. When this nerve is cut the octopus no longer feels pain. This happens in the start at 2:10 of the video. If you were wondering why it was still moving its because the octopus has a less complex brain in its body that is only used for motor function and not for feeling emotion.
