How to make rice
Ingredients
1C rice
1/ 1/2C water
Side Dishes
1 Super easy bulgogi
Ingredients:
7 oz (200 g) sliced beef
1 green onions
2 cloves garlic
Seasoning:
1 1/2T soy sauce
1T sugar
1T cooking wine
1/2T sesame oil
2 pinches black pepper
1t minced garlic
1t chopped scallions
A bit ginger
A bit of onion
2 Stir-fried kimchi
Ingredients:
7 oz (200g) sliced kimchi
1T cooking oil
1tsp sugar
1tsp sesame seeds
#3 Egg roll
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 pinches salt
A bit cooking oil
1 sliced green onion
#4 Cucumber salad
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
½ red chili pepper (optional)
2t salt
1C water
Seasoning:
1t sugar
1t vinegar
a bit of minced garlic
1t minced green onions
1t sesame seeds

Hi! Can you teach about rice Porridge and also rice with mix grain? Unless you have and I just need link. My children are half. So I'm trying to make what they love. I have japanese style rice cooker but they work the same. Can you make rice Porridge with mix grain as well? Or only with white rice? Best things to eat with it? Do korean eat smelt fish?

Yes, you can make porridge with mixed grains. Mixed grains are harder than regular rice, so they need to be soaked in water longer and cooked longer. There are various side dishes that go well with porridge. Koreans often eat it with kimchi, soy sauce braised beef, pickled vegetables, steamed eggs, braised tofu... You can eat it with your favorite side dishes. Yes, Koreans also eat smelt.
