I'm sorry, but all he used was the Buldock Sauce... and while it takes a lot of creativity to kick it up a notch and make it incredible, it's still something that only a few will ever get to taste. @koreanenglishman , now that you have tried the exclusive gourmet version, have him make something that people at home can make, with ingredients that the average person can afford, so we can all enjoy it.

@Gungho73 absolutely my thoughts I'd love a whole Mr. Z segment of his own spin on a style of Korean and Italian fusion. A thing that sticks out to me is how similar the processes are in making certain dishes, sauces and even aging the meats they use. I think a ton of inspiration for a chef is right there. Highlighting certain nodes of each cuisine to make something new and different but still respecting the origins of each part of the dishes.

Leave it to Mr. Z, to drag a piece of West Texas to London to smoke a T Bone covered in a Korean sauce for an Italian dish. My mother would do that: cook meat with the oven, because she understood how to use that, then set the meat on the little charcoal grill for twenty minutes just for the smoke.
