Koulouria - Greek Bread Rings

Hello lovely people,
These are a joy to make....you will find them in bakeries across Greece and in every street corner in Athens. I hope you enjoy making them.
Ingredients
For the dough you will need:
3 tbsp dried fast active yeast
220 ml lukewarm water
30 g caster sugar
650 g plain all purpose flour
1 large egg
30 ml olive oil
100 ml lukewarm milk
1/ 4 tsp salt
For the coating you will need sesame seeds (toasted) and (if you fancy) sunflower/pumpkin seeds.

Those look rather easy to make. I think we'll make some room on our Easter table for them! The toppings you suggested are delicious but we may shake things up and find inspiration from our favorite bagel shop.
