I made this today. Followed exactly, except made 4 strands instead of 3 and turned out beautiful. We cheated and tasted it…delicious!!! Gonna make another to bring to family on Easter Sunday.

Hi Mary mou. Just an FYI - some of the written instructions don't match the video. Eg. In the video you add all the flour in one hit. Instructions say add 400g first, then see if you need more. Also the wet ingredients instructions are slightly different. That aside, thank you so much for your video, it's really helped me this morning to make them!!

Hi Mary, written instructions say 1/2 an orange zest but you added zest from 1 orange. Is it fair to say extra zest is not going to impact the taste ?

You can add half or one, really depends on your preference. Orange and mastic are so beautiful together ❤
