Stan's exchanges with Mayor Rizzo were legendary. He was fearless and had cast iron nuts. He was unique and missed greatly

I had the honor of working with Stan on the weekend news at the then WTCN-TV in 1979. He had left California to take an anchor/reporter position at this brand new NBC affiliate in Minneapolis. He later moved onto KYW TV just months after I departed. He was quite the guy with a commanding presence and on-air delivery. As I was young and just starting out in the business, he showed good form, and had a great sense of humor. I worked as the weekend meteorologist there. He is sorely missed, and so glad to have worked with Stan.

I remember Stan in Philadelphia . He was a fine journalist and I certainly recall his famous encounter with Mayor Rizzo the day that footage aired. Frank was quite the character. I thought Stan held his composure very well under ,shall we say rather unique circumstances.

Putin is "quite the character" too, as was Duterte in the Philippines.

Stan Bohrman -one of the greats. Watching him again, after so many years, in The China Syndrome reminded me what a consumate professional he was. Smooth, compelling, always on point - he transcended textbook broadcasting; if anything, he rewrote the book. (Remembering from L A)

Little pu$$y girl typical obnoxious reporter. Rizzo had the 10 pound testes in this scenario. Bohrman wouldn't have been shit if FRANK hadn't insulted him.

Followed your Dad at “ Tempo” as a young teenager and loved his liberal views. Was a big influence on my political beliefs and want you to know how much he shaped my views which I hold to this day.
