It is zemiakovo-kôprový prívarok s fašírkami :) A Slovak dish - it is a potatoe and source cream souce with dill, and a burger-like meat :D Difficult to transalte

I don't buy it, it is from my grandmother's garden and I have it in the freezer. I don't think they sell fresh koper in Slovenia (or I haven't seen it yet).
