Actually steering is quite light. I am not the biggest dude by any means yet i can drive KrAZ-256 easily. This one might need a bit more effort due to wider tires, but i don't think it'll be that much of a difference.

Actually it has hydraulic power steering. Even the first KrAZ model (model 214) has a disengagable pneumatic power steering system
