So, Kriss Kross was brilliant? According to what standards, being better than mumble rappers? Man, people's expectations are at all time lows. This engineered commercial ass industry rap group didn't even write their own shit. They were found and Jamaine took interest in them because they were seen in a mall wearing their cloth backwards. Gtfoh. Nothing brilliant about them or their ripped off sounds.

They were always respected within the hip-hop world, & they had numerous hits that crossed over to the pop charts. All 3 of their albums went Gold or Platinum. Jermine Dupri put them on almost immediately & made them the youngest duo ever to gain success, & MJ really gave them an early boost by having them on his Dangerous European Tour. In subsequent years, they've been referenced & or given props by Eminem, Dr. Dre, 2Pac, Method Man & many more within the rap community, & they influenced any & all the other little kid rappers that came after them. They always got the credit they should, but like 97% of the musicians & artists out here, they eventually just fell off.
