They were always respected within the hip-hop world, & they had numerous hits that crossed over to the pop charts. All 3 of their albums went Gold or Platinum. Jermine Dupri put them on almost immediately & made them the youngest duo ever to gain success, & MJ really gave them an early boost by having them on his Dangerous European Tour. In subsequent years, they've been referenced & or given props by Eminem, Dr. Dre, 2Pac, Method Man & many more within the rap community, & they influenced any & all the other little kid rappers that came after them. They always got the credit they should, but like 97% of the musicians & artists out here, they eventually just fell off.

Kris Kross rocked tall tees and baggy jeans much better than 00s rappers. They were ahead of their time!

Not ahead actually, baggg shit was in in the 90’s . Shoot my shirts were 2-3Xl and pants in the size 40’s (like all my homies) and I only weighed 130lb ! I was a graffiti writer back then

Yes I actually love to see guys wearing this type of style now. I hate that skinny tight sagging look with tight shirts, why get dressed if it's getting that small tight and uncomfortable 🤷🤦

This was track 3 and the 1st single from Kris Kross' 3rd album "Young, Rich, & Dangerous" and was the 8th song I learned by these 2 super cool dudes. This is a real 1996 party song right here.
