Krissy, i cant thank you enough for all you’ve helped me with in my journey. I used to be a cardio only and 1200 calories a day girl. I wouldnt eat condiments on my food. I was afraid of lifting weights and feeling bulky. I remember discovering you while you were still in school. I saw you eating chocolate and i was mindblown. My relationship food now is so healthy. I enjoy everything in moderation. No more fad diets. I train with heavy weights and ENJOY it. It isnt a punishment. I appreciate you so much 🫶🏼

I found a new gym in my area and I found you on here and downloaded the evolve you app and started a training program. 4 weeks of consistent training and I can honestly say I have never been more happy in my entire 25 years of life. I am feeling better, sleeping better, eating better and I actually give a fuck about my life again. This is one of the most realistic fitness videos I've watched in a while, and I must say it really speaks to me. I've always wanted to start a fitness journey, but I always thought I was too busy, but instead, I was starting journeys that did not in any way fit into my routine, I always overcomplicated. Now working 3 jobs, and almost having no time to hit the gym, I took up a simple routine, morning runs, and IF, and I'm glad it's now showing results, as I slowly build up on my routine. Also, I try to always take the stairs, walk (fast-paced) short distances instead of taking the bus during the day, and just being as active as possible. Thank you for the video❤

You’re the only fitness KZbinr I’ve found so far who acknowledges your viewers as actual human beings who have busy lives, are students, parents, or caregivers, and cannot dedicate their existence solely to fitness/nutrition. Every other KZbinr I’ve seen tells people that if they’re not walking 10k steps a day, going to the gym for 2 hours, drinking two gallons of water daily, and in bed by 9 PM, they’ll never achieve their fitness/nutrition goals. But you let your viewers know that they are not perfect and don’t need to be. Their diet, health, and fitness does not have to be perfect. Nutrition and fitness does not have to be perfect, and for most people, it won’t be. Even just 30 minutes of physical exercise a day is enough. Thank you for letting people know that simplicity is often times best :)

I have for years joined gyms, left gyms, joined again etc. I have found the machines etc so confusing and overwhelming I just feel so lost and feel like I look stupid in the gym and just find I end up doing the same old exercises over and over, so I end up quitting. Your videos make understanding gym equipment and the right way to exercise using them,,so easy!! I love how you concisely explain how to correctly activate your muscles and why. And also how not to get hung up and over-complicate things but just focus on MOVING consistently. Now I can look at daily workouts as a fun journey rather than a CHORE!! Thanks again

I'm not a complete beginner, yet I feel overwhelmed all the time. There's just so many things we "should" be doing, that I never feel I do enough. Strength training, progressive overload, cardio, steps, water intake, nutrition, macros, sleep, recovery etc. and on the other hand there's our social life, work, vacations, family, other interests... I understand balance is key, but it's so difficult to find the right balance for me. It's a never ending journey 🙂

What helped immensely for me to make that first step to the gym was to have someone join me so that I felt more secure. I know that no one there will judge me, but still I had the feeling that they were looking how I was completely embarrassing myself. I hadn't the right form and couldn't do much reps and so on. To have someone there that I trusted made me more comfortable to make mistakes

Definitely agree with the first tip! Often times, people start off trying to perfect everything and overdoing it. I’ve heard people say “I’m gonna eat nothing but veggies and go to the gym for three hours daily and sleep at 9 PM”. It’s too much all at once, both physically and mentally, that we can’t handle it and give up. No. Ease into it slowly.

Thank you for this!! I went very hard and tried to go to the gym every day and it made me feel amazing but after a few weeks it really badly affected my mental health. Now I am trying to accept going every other day

Krissy, you are my trainer! 🤣 We've had our home gym for years but I didn't know how to use it. My health has changed so I decided I needed a lifestyle change. I watch your videos because they are so helpful to us beginners. You are amazing and truly inspiring! Thank you for teaching me so much in such a short time. I truly appreciate you.

You have no idea how much I needed this video! I stopped going to the gym in February & haven’t been working out ever since. The only thing I try to do each week is yoga at home 🌸 will definitely use these tips while trying to work on moving my body more often 💗

Krissy thank you so so so much for this . I have been struggling about my body image since I was a child because one comment made about my thighs. I have been going on and off on this fitness regime and I have gained weight . This is a promise to me I'll try my level best to become the best version of myself which will make my soul happy . You have truly inspired me a lot .

Hi! I’ve had the same experience before. My ex partner told me I had big thighs and I eneded up being anorexic. He liked model type ladies - like real skinny and I overworked my self to be like that. Took me years to realize my self worth! Now I’m into weights and just wanna be muscular cuz that’s what I want and my standard. I pray for your self love journey! You’re in my thoughts. 💕 YOU got this! ✨

I love that you will post more of these videos. I started to go to the gym 2 months ago, and I feel good and I see some results, but I also feel like sometimes it is a lot of work and that I don't have time for anything else in the day other than train, work and cook 😅 I will be waiting for these videos. Sending love towards you Krissy ❤️🤗 thank you for helping us 🥰
