Totally understand KC's frustration. Bummer they didn't QC the marketing content before it went out. On a positive note; Shopify is a pretty intuitive turn-key online retail host so switching on/off a campaign is rather easy. Any CTA links should really be closely examined, especially for a brand launch. Hopefully lesson learned.
