I have just discovered you and this is my second time practicing with you. I loved this class. It was challenging for me (been practicing for 2 years and am 5 months post partum, twins😊) but most importantly it brought my attention to a few areas that I've been neglecting in my practice. Hi Kristena, I have been doing your yoga series from a month or so, and I find it really good. Today I saw a change in my thighs muscles, I could see a bend or U shape in upper thigh. I need your help to understand what is that and why is that. Will my thighs come to the shape? please help me understand this. I am really worried about it. Thanks

I dont really understand u-shape. Can you describe it? When the body changes it goes from bottom to center & from top to center. If you are working on toning your thighs get toned. But it takes time to get the shape you want. If you have misaligned hips and put more weight on one leg the muscle would contract more making it look thinner ( i cant think if anything else). Have your thighs been touching each other before?

With U shape I mean there is sort of bend in the right thigh upper muscle. My right side is stronger than that, probably that's the reason of right thigh more toned than left, however was not able to understand a muscle bend. I am hoping with yoga workout this would come back to shape. Thanks Kristena

Yeah my thighs are touching each other and there is no misalignment in the hips, there is just a bend in upper muscle of right thigh.

Just in time! Been feeling super lethargic and this was just the right pace. Loved the wild thing pose variation, that was fun (I usually struggle otherwise) nice short and calming sequence that isn’t too hard. Just wanted to ask, I’m always worried about my shoulders getting too broad (they get broad quite easily, and I a have swimming background). I’ve been doing your classes for awhile and while I’m stronger I get worried my arms are getting bulkier...does too much vinyasa yoga have this effect, or is this a nutrition issue? Or am I just thinking about it wrongly, because it’s a constant struggle between wanting to be “skinny” or strong 😔 P.s. loving the chillhop/lofi background music !!

Thank you, Kristina😍 It seems I injured my neck while trying to do a chin stand ( I felt the pain only the other day ) a couple of days ago. I continue doing yoga, avoiding exercises on my neck. Am I doing right? I do not want to stay days without yoga, but I don’t know if I’m doing right... How do you think?
