The fasted route to confidence and fixing mental complexities is to do things that suck EVERY DAY! Just like David Goggins preaches. Take that cooking class or jiu jitsu class. Read a book instead of watching Netflix. Hit the gym. Stay active! There’s an insane amount of confidence that comes from completing difficult tasks and that confidence will quite literally melt away your worry. It’s hard to start and hard along the way, but the shit gets easier as you continue to evolve. If you’re reading this, don’t stop! Keep pushing forward into discomfort 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I love the Diaz bro’s they are my favorite fighters but Kron shouldn’t fight like they do. He needs to work for takedowns and strangle his opponents just like his father. No need for him to take so much damage and lose like he did to Cub.
@clacicle4 жыл бұрын
Rich Wilson yeah, but his father never really faced the kind of fighters you see today. Times have changed and the Gracies have been shown to be quite vulnerable. Look at what Sakuraba did to 3 of of them years ago. No doubt that his father was a phenomenal grappler, but you can’t seriously look at his standup and say that he could match many of today’s top fighters. He never fought Sakuraba. Why?
@jedimaster2914 жыл бұрын
clacicle great ..u know the answer bro .. oss
@ignaciojaque99834 жыл бұрын
That fight against Cub clearly demonstrated his weaknesses as an MMA fighter. However, he also showed part of his great strength... not many fighters tolerates such Amount of damage and maintained with a very high fighting pace. I think he's still a very underrated fighter, but he'll give a lot to talk about without a doubt.
@clacicle4 жыл бұрын
Ignacio jaque tolerating taking damage might be impressive in the short run, but does not benefit him in the long run.
