Hi Kseniya, if i don't know the departure date and the expected length of trip (just need an advance parole in case of family emergency) could i just put "TBD" (to be determined) and write an explanation Part 4 item 1.a. "To visit family in (name of country) in case of emergency" ? does it really matter?

06:30 I am not so sure about this because in the instructions on their website it says you MUST attach the following IF you are in the US: (1) A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status, if any, in the United States; and (2) An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document; or (3) If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application; or (4) If you are traveling to Canada to apply for an immigrant visa, a copy of the U.S. consular appointment letter; or

In the case of an advance parole living outside of the US, does the sponsor info goes on the application or if it strictly the parole? I am under the impression the 131 is strictly for the parole and the I134 is for sponsor. Is that correct?

Hi K, I have an important question and I don't see a space for it in the i-131 form. My current address in the US cannot receive mail (post office won't deliver it), however, I have a P.O. Box in town for the Parole Travel Document to be delivered to but I don't see that there is any space for that P.O. Box address in the form or section. What should I do? Hi Kseniya, for field 5, what if you currently do not have a citizenship for any country? For instance, I was born in Vietnam, but I'm not a Vietnamese citizenship. I'm a greencard holder so I effectively do not have citizenship anywhere...so what goes into field 5?

You must be a citizen of some country. Just because you have a green card doesn’t mean you’re no longer a citizen of the country which you came from.
