A Utah restaurant is thankful for community support after burglary

A family-owned restaurant expressed their thankfulness for how the community showed up for them one week after burglars broke in and cleaned out a good helping of food and some equipment.

It's great that the community is showing support, but placing food orders just uses the supplies he has left. Giving a cash donation, even just $5 each, will soon make up the loss. Yes, he probably can go through his insurance, but they have a tendency to up your rates once you claim, and it never covers everything.

Security cameras back up to the company's cloud if you pay them $10 a month. Also video alert and video goes to your phone on the app. I cant understand why businesses dont get the same systems homes use.

When replacing the security system have it upgraded to send video to a home based unit or the cloud so it isn't completely lost. Or pay for a monitored system. Sorry for your loss.
