Well, we nothing about this guy. It's possible he's been in and out of foster care his whole life, or his parents didn't want him. If I were the parent, my grown kid would be in a facility somewhere, 5150 if need be. I lived 2 miles from here in a very nice neighborhood coming out of a farmers market only about 50 feet from a police station and three Homeless men tried to attack me. And the police said they weren’t allowed to even go talk to them. They said unless I was raped or beat up they couldn’t make a report. They told me the week before a woman was felt up and assaulted in the same place, and they got put on death duty for harassment of the homeless. This was the final straw and I moved out of CA after 16 years

Now a days u can claim u are having mental health issues and get away with alot.
