I love making my own pasta with an Indian twist with whole jeera tadka- i also use fresh coriander instead of basil to give it that extra Indian twist ☺️ I’m liking your recipe here as I love carbonara so I will try this but I would add some cumin and some chilli flakes with Parmesan to top it off 😊
