I was dealing with lower back pain for months, eventually it turned into sciatica and I could barely move with so much pain. This is the first time I could actually get relief from the pain and actually brake a sweat doing it 😅😂❤ thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with us, Brett! You're a blessing! And I've already subscribed to your channel, ready to work on strengthening my core 😊❤

I had that too all I did to make it stop is moving more… you get it or I did from sitting around too much sitting not moving enough pulling weeds in the garden made mine stop over a year ago it hasn’t come back since ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What an excellent video! I have ehlers danlos and keep having chronic back pain - even though I’ve been modifying my Hatha yoga practice for years, I’ve been told it’s still not helping me. I completely forgot about kundalini and came across this video and my lower back, which has been pretty frozen and spasmed, loved it. Thank you

I have just begun doing kundalini yoga every day for the past couple of weeks I’ve been on other kundalini yoga vids you’ve made years ago but I did today the morning kriya and then this video right after but I must say you bout killed me on this one!!! Thank you so much Brett for this amazing class! Once I saw the title I knew this one will be perfect for me and it was! Kundalini is my favorite type of yoga nd when I'm not doing kundalini I'm usually doing a lower back routine so this one was a combination of my two favorite types of yoga. And you did a amazing job and picking and teaching the best poses for this class! I know I will be returning to this one many times. My back feels so much stronger after this class and a week of work. Thanks again Brett for continuing to put out amazing content and thank you for all you kindness and support it means a lot!🤩🙏❤
