In the morning my friend and I decided to do one hour pilates with a mini ball. The instructor was a Russian lady and we had a great time until I came back home. My muscles were so sore and it was odd cause I am working with you for an hour every day, half in the morning and half at night, and never had a problem all these months! So I switched on my laptop and did this stretching workout. Lauren I love you! I am pain free and can move on with my day! ❤❤❤❤

I’m 60+ and have been enjoying your channel immensely. I am recovering from multiple shoulder hand and knee issues and this has been perfect combination with my rehab.
