I use an internal voice for this practice, but if you find it helpful to speak the mantra aloud (either through the whole practice, or just a few rounds as you begin your practice, or occasionally if/when you feel you've lost your focus during the practice) please feel free to do so. Blessings!

Yes, feel free to practice the Om for as long as you wish (or until you feel fully present in your body and your mind is settling) and the meditation can be practiced for 30-60 minutes or longer (gradually building up the length of practice over time). Blessings!
