میں لاہور سے ہوں ۔اور میں ایسے ہی بریانی بناتی ہوں ۔ یہ طریقہ ہر لحاظ سے بہترین ہے۔اس میں وقت کی بچت، پیسے کی بچت، کچن بھی کم گندا ہوتا ہے،اور سب سے بڑھ کر صحت کے لیے بھی بہت بہترین ہے۔

I am from Moradabad. The best biryani found in Moradabad is that of Alam Biryani. Though people call it a biryani it is technically a Pulao which resembles the Yakhni Pulao of the frontier and Afghanistan. Moradabad comes under the Rohail khand division which is named after the Rohailla Pashtuns.😊

Mai 22 saal moradabad raha hu bahut hi khubsurat recipe hai. Sabse acchi biryani , moradabadi biryani , Na masale tez Na mirch tez . Chef moradabadi kali mirch chiken bhi banao kabhi.
