These drills look exactly like ballet barre drills. They are very effective and increases your flexibility.

We do all these stretch kicks in every class. But I feel I haven't improved. I like these "warm ups ". I'm going to try these every other day and see if I improved with my flexibility. One of these days I'm going to be able to kick my hand on that crescent kick! Like I always mention...I love using your videos to train at home, but I still listen to my Sifu during Kung Fu class. Thank you for helping me to get more out of training!

What's really great about Kung Fu is you only need to know a few basics- the five stances, half a dozen kicks, one or two forms- and you'll be in the best shape of your life. Not to mention, your chi will be off the scale.

It’s online, and if you become a subscription member (warrior member) you get to train on live group face to face session with me once a month as well. You just need to sign up on courses.kungfu.life. Hope this helps.
