I feel like the kunze panzer and the sp ic should swap places, the kunze being the tech tree version for the leopard 1 line bc of how similar it is to the ru 251, and the sp ic being a unique and fun tank for a premium so WG can get some stonks. I can honestly see the sp ic as a premium tank that a lot of ppl would want in a alternate universe.

Unfortunately WG loves making the tanks weirdly different like that. Another example would be the WZ-111 1-4 making more sense leading into the WZ 111 5A, Conqueror leading into the Super Conqueror, Tortoise leading into the Badger, etc. There's also the WZ-111 making more sense to lead into the 1-4, but oh well.

It definitely makes sense as a tier 7 light, but when the RU tech tree was created this tank wasn’t even in the WG database. I think SP1C is still a superb predecessor to the RU 251 and a lot future players would really miss out if they had to purchase it.

As long as tanks are balanced (which they aren't, unfortunately), I don't see anything wrong with tech tree lines that don't flow perfectly. It just means more unique tanks for f2p players to get their hands on, instead of having two carbon-copy tanks with stats adjusted for two different tiers.

The VI and VII of the RU line prepares you for the tier VIII. The VK prepares you for yolo hit and run, the SP IC prepares you for sneaky peekaboom, which is perfect for the RU

@@hisroyalfatness not just that, but it's a little too easy to handle, snap shots, etc. You go just as far as you need to, stop almost immediately when you need to, shoot, and back up sufficiently fast if you have a proper team of meds and lights

I'm a bit surprised with the format of this event. Usually 'skill-based' events were like - log in in the first day of the event, do your best in next 10 games and event is over for you. Too much luck dependant. Here we can choose when to start each of 7 series of games which is excellent, as sometimes i need a warm-up in first few games of a day because i load slightly late to the battle. Damage requirement is fine, average player should be able to do 2,5k at avg at tier 10. Even if somebody needs to get a tank right away then price isn't too big - 6k gold for a good, brand new tier 7 tank is a very good price. I expected it to appear in crates.

Game economics is a difficult rut. Lots of premium tank spamming, using boosters when possible, and choosing wisely how to use credits are things to consider.

The vickers line is a light tank with the gun of a medium tank (maybe even better) so i would say it is kinda the same playstyle like the Cromwell. Gotta keep in mind that we still have less hp than average medium tank and since we have good mobility we can use it to flank, peek-a-boo quite effective and for some reason it has trollish armor

Plenty of f2p tanks out there that can complete this event, just pick the one you average the highest in. If you can't 2,450 in at least, then that's less to do with being f2p and more so on your lack of skill if I'm being honest.

My recommendation is to try and deal as much damage for the 7 days. Play tanks that you perform well in, and then see whether the tank is worth the gold. If you have plenty of gold, dropping sub 4K is a pretty good deal. Otherwise you can just get the camouflage 😂
