Gon and Killua learned Nen so fast because they took the aggressive method and allows Wing to open their aura nodes. Kurapika is assumed to have not taken the aggressive approach tho but learning it in 6 months is fast. He also went a step further and developed Nen abilities

Kurapika took him a while to learn nen because he started training the natural way he awakened his nen naturally and gradually. Gon and Killua didn't have much time to go through it naturally that time because they had a deadline till midnight to get in the 200th floor in Heavens arena, so it was Wing who opened their shoko in a forceful way to easily awaken their nen that's why it didn't take them as much time as kurapika who hustled for it throughout 6months~ Gotta pay more attention to these details otherwise you will lose track of the power system rules by greedisland arc nen is even more important during that arc.

I don' think series clears up rules of conjuration this early, but conjurers can give special power to objects they create, like lie detector chain of kurapika. It is not possible to conjure unbreakable sword, and conjuring strong sword is pointless as one can buy a strong sword, no nen required. Conjurers are required to give special powers to be competitive, and compete with categories like enhancers, who posess more defence and more attack power than them ( due to stronger ren).

Kurapikas story hasn't been animated yet. The closest thing to it was in a movie but it doesn't really go into it plus it happens after yorknew. If you guys want to know how it happens, there is a special chapter of the manga which shows exactly what happened.
