I probably wouldn't scale the NFT loan stream, until you've had a bit more time to understand the characteristics of the market under different conditions since it's still relatively young. Otherwise, love the vid

Yeah, something as risky as this I invest what I can afford to lose. Right now, all the loans are lent out with 40-70% APR interest rate precisely because of the risks. And funny enough, people are still borrowing and paying back at without defaults. This community is just something else. I will put out my experiences with this in a separate video soon. Thank you for the advice, though. 🙏

They are all software development contract work. I don't have a product like a mobile app or a SASS platform. All my software incomes are active. I have to put in the time and sweat.

@@N7Tonik There is a big difference. My company does more than just programming. We also help the clients with interviews to hire good engineers, build the dev team culture with best practices, CI/CD, scaling solutions, etc.
