Actually the Kurt Angle fighting Vince was not the plane Ride from Hell. That happened in 2002. HHH was the only one from Smackdown that went. It was a Raw only thing in 2002. And Ric Flair and Scott Hall were part of the plane Ride from Hell. It was dangerous both times. Kurt wasn't in that Ride and neither was Vince. But in 2001 there wasn't a draft. And it was 2001 where Undertaker was injured. He a handy cap match with HHH and a recent heel turned Stone Cold. Stone Cold's leg braces cut Undertaker's ear. He was bleeding. And so that would of been the reason Taker was asleep.

I doubt Vince could, at any point, buy that plane. The cheapest 737 is about $89 million. Full on luxury models are presumably more expensive. Vince is wealthy (mostly in one asset, that being WWE stock), but I doubt he at any point in history has been so cash rich that he could drop anywhere near $100 mil on a whim. Even as a business asset it doesn't make sense, and I doubt shareholders would back it. Edit: A new 737 is on the order of hundreds of millions.

Vince was on the Plane Ride From Hell in 2002, Angle was the one that wasn't there being a RAW only international tour. They both went on the tour together the year before in 2001 where this event happened on one of the flights, the fan simply mistakenly attributed it as the Plane Ride From Hell and Angle didn't bother correcting them understanding that were referring to the one with him and Vince wrestling around.
