Thanks for posting this vijayo. Yeah, I had even worse firewall and frame rail paint corrosion on my ‘72 Z car. Just getting to the same job on a Tokico M/C. In the meantime I’m running a rebuilt Nabco. Don’t think there’s much functional difference, but following your instructions I can replace the one it originally had when I bought it. Greate video! The ‘71 240Z on my channel had the MC let go in a similar fashion, albeit with much more paint loss, at some stage before I bought it. I wonder if it’s a common thing?
