No, we need to check the dish and reset the timer in case of power outage. Generally most of the item can be cooked within 7-20 minutes. So, please have a look how much is cooked when power failure happens.

I am not getting the total picture of your issue from the comment. But I'll explain here. When you select any cooking mode, the time will blink for few seconds at the start and then will be set to "On". That means preheating has started. And the preheating graph is shown at the lower part of lcd screen. Once the preheating is completed then you can see the graph is progressed to "Cooking". If you don't see preheating is written then may be cooking mode has started. And if you don't see any of them like "preheating or cooking graph" then probably some issue with your LCD screen. In that case, contact customer service of Kuvings and it covers warranty for panel issues.

Customer support was good. Their staff picked up the call and explained me everything. However, I feel the real quality of their customer service will be known when I face any real issue with their products. Till now I haven't experienced any issue with my kuvings multipot.

Features are not user friendly, and. Electrical conjunction rate is high, because it is taking so many times to cook

I have to agree and disagree. This kind of electric pressure cooker is not for everyone. This can serve very well to those kind of people who don't want to dedicate much of their time while cooking. Automatic timer takes care of it. Many items can be cooked in very less time. However, I found sauting onions and masala is time consuming and also not perfectly prepared in it. Yes, features are not optimised or they could have done more. For eg I would've automatic pressure release after certain intervals. I am going to post a video on my likes and dislikes after completion of 1 year. Thank you for the comment.
