Exercise is such a critical piece to all of this. It's insane how beneficial it is to work or at the least go into a project with a clear mind.

Absolutely, you're spot on @dotpenji! And kudos @JimKwik for this great video! Exercise plays a crucial role in this equation. It's truly remarkable how advantageous it is to approach work or projects with a clear mind, and exercise is a powerful tool to achieve that.

Every morning when I wake up, I do about 5 minutes of stretching and then I get onto my elliptical and I do 30 minutes on it. I typically get my heartbeat up around 115 bpm . I also go out twice a week and jog outside. I love hills so I can get my heart rate up. I have this hill by my house that takes me 10 minutes to get to the top. I usually hit 156 bpm when I get to the top, I then continue for another 20 minute’s and then beat around 135 . After I finish I feel OUTSTANDING. I love exercising. Also as I jog I talk to my subconscious mind by saying my cardiovascular system is getting stronger. I am getting stronger. Feeding your subconscious mind while jogging is so important to do. Go out and start small. I started doing 4 minute intervals and built my cardio up. I am 61 years old. Best of luck to you.

As a Cheetah, with a Master's Degree, and higher I.Q. I've also always been a health and fitness guy. Now, at 73, I still do Keto/carnivore, and walk 8-10K steps a day. My brain has been the greatest gift my parents could ever give me. I've had a fantastic, interesting, life. There's been some tough patches because of decisions I made in haste. But that downside of my personality has never stopped me for long. - Today's Example Today, I impulsively decided to re-model my workshop. I started on the project 30 minutes later. I have always loved the quote: *Leap and the net will appear.* ' May all of your dreams, schemes, plots and plans work out! Now jump you dirty dog. : )

We are controlled by laws of nature. There is a general force of nature, and two opposite forces-bestowal and reception-extend from it. We exist between these forces, and both of these qualities affect us. Then, the question arises: How do we develop under the influence of these forces? Where do we act? Where are we free? How do we accumulate and correlate these two forces within ourselves? How can we build ourselves out of them? These are the questions that the wisdom of Kabbalah engages in: how we receive these two forces in an optimal balance, and with their help, shape ourselves so as to resemble the very laws of nature, to arise and reach equivalence of form with the force of bestowal in nature. These very laws gave us the opportunity to control the pace of our progress in accepting them upon ourselves. That is the point of our freewill. How could we act if we do not have freewill? Who would we be? Would we just be like robots, always under control? Until now, we have always been under control. What does it mean? Nature as if injects a drop of egoism-the desire to enjoy at others’ expense-into us, and then it does so a little more, and a little more again, and we then get the impetus to move toward all kinds of egoistic goals. The more our egoism inflates, the more we become willing to move to increasingly gain at the expense of others. Nature constantly squeezes the syringe into us until it eventually infuses us with the full amount of egoism. Our era is characterized by the syringe of egoism having become completely injected into us, with no more egoism left to inject. That is why we have nowhere left to run. Where do we head from here? What do we do? Moreover, egoism has become global and integral. In the beginning, we felt good because we reached egoistic global connections in the world and thought that everything would be fine. However, when such connections started depending on everyone, we turned out to be nature’s opposite. At this juncture, we find ourselves with a major dilemma, and we need to work out what we do about it. Where our fully-inflated egoism coupled with our tightening global connections brings us to increasing problems around the world, today we require a new form of connection-enriching education that would have the ability to guide us on how to change our egoistic connections to altruistic ones. That is the key to a shift to a harmonious and peaceful world.

Hard to believe that your questions could suggest anything meaningful. Some questions, none of the choices fit, others all fit. We will see what happens. My guess is that any of the 4 outcomes would have worked and would be beneficial.

@Noelciaaa Жыл бұрын
You might be eating something that your body doesn't handle well. It was dairy for me. Watch your blood sugar as well. If you eat things that spike it up, you're gonna get a low afterwards that causes such brain fog. Avoid super fatty foods as well because a lot of fat at once glues your red blood cells together and so they can't transport oxygen as effectively. There's also the issue of whether you're getting adequate sleep. And lastly, consider if you're not burnt out due to something. Perhaps it's really depression and it needs to be dealt with, maybe even something else like C-PTSD. I don't know your history so it's a shot in the dark. But it also can cause severe and pervasive brain fog. It can be overcome by processing all of these things from the past. Also, it might be good to get some blood tests - esp iron levels and your thyroid hormones. Those are common causes for chronic fatigue and brain fog. I've managed to get rid of mine after living with it for 10+ years of my life, I wish you well to succeed in it too!
