This might be a little serious for this video but I really appreciate you not dunking on messy rooms too hard during this. my room is almost always messy bc my adhd just makes it very difficult to clean, and the rest of my house is messy bc my parents ALSO have adhd so i've never really been taught HOW to clean or organize. I always feel bad about myself after watching videos like this (schlatt's specifically) but yours has actually motivated me to clean instead of making me feel bad about it, so thanks for that!

Living in my room while renovating it at the same time is a nightmare. I had to sleep on a bare mattress on the floor for 6 months because I underestimated my wait for the new furniture to arrive. I had to get used to having absolutely no furniture *in general.* for a couple weeks, I even had an entire couch blocking my closet. My room is still the equivalent of hell on earth, just that the TV now has a place to sit at.
