Sir Nowadays in delhi govt has said that if road repair is to be done then the old road will be dug up and road will be made again, without raising the ground level and also parking has been made compalsary so now at what height we should be doing plinth and dpc for stilt ?

Wrong n old technology 🤪😅🤣🤣😁 Use plinth n dpc together... It will be better. Let the ground floor slab be on same level as that of top portion of plinth beam n dpc on top of plinth beam. Use simple wire mesh on floor slab for better holding against soil subsistence . Use waterproofing compund with cement for ground floor slab, too...
