Kyle brushed over it quickly here about other prisoners assuming he was a snitch, but he went into more detail on another podcast. He was so clean shaven and well spoken that, at first, most of the prisoners refused to associate with him assuming he was a "plant" by the Prison Security Service to spy and snitch on prisoners (which apparently does happen). It was only after a couple weeks when they began to warm up to him because apparently "plants" don't stay in that long.

My nickname was 'lawyer' because I read the pamphlet about rights while incarcerated. A guard said something that wasn't in line with the pamphlet, and I told him so. He got pissed off, and suddenly I was a 'lawyer' because I read a 16 page pamphlet. To be completely honest, I'm considering getting a law degree because our current public defenders are terrible at their job. These people need an honest defense that isn't working with the prosecutor across the board.

The problem is they give the PD’s so many cases that they’re basically put in an impossible situation where they can’t actually give the time necessary to each individual case when they’re taking on 20 at a time. That’s how it goes though unless they happen to be working in a small town.

Kyle at the end talks about lying about what he was in for in prison. That's a big no-no. In Prison you can actually look up other people's cases and find out what they're in for. If you lie about it, they really don't like it. They probably wouldn't care about Kyle's charge, but for someone who did something else they would. It was actually good he told the truth because if they looked him up they knew he was trustworthy and wasn't lying to em and they respect that in Prison

And people do have access to info on the inside if they cant get a guard to tell them something they can just have a friend or fam member look it up on the outside over a phone call or letter so yeah pretty much everything he said is almost spot on. He was laughing at most jokes whether they were from Woody, Kyle, Taylor. I’m sure if Dick said anything he would have laughed at that too. When there’s a comedian on Taylor forces his joke into the mix even if the conversation is moving away from that subject, his jokes are self serving rather than to benefit the conversation.

How long have you been sober? And that's interesting they gave you the methadone, they just threw my ass in the medical ward and said deal with it.

@@Stefan.X.How long did it take you to drop from 120 to 60? In America, and I'm only referring to jail not prison, they only give methadone to pregnant women who were already on it or were heroin addicts, because it's safer for the baby than going off everything. Not pregnant or male, you just have to be miserable.
