@dookie fingers he didn't have a real court case with a jury and all, just ended up pleading to 2months in able to avoid a potential 20+ years
@anon48542 жыл бұрын
@dookie fingers Actually it depends just as much on your representation and the prosecution. Kyle has basically stated he was intimidated into admitting to charges to get less time because the federal prosecutors threatened to give him something like 15 years or something silly if he didnt admit guilt. Then when the judge said passing a joint to a friend is not evidence of distribution the prosecutor apparently basically said "well _he_ (Kyle) thinks it does" as if that was a genuine argument. Honestly Kyles attorney sounds pretty incompetent to not leap on that and challenge it. No reasonable judge or jury is going to accept that as evidence of distribution. But cant really fault a guy for not wanting to risk 15 years on a jury trial, I think most people would have caved under that pressure. His attorney should have known better though.

The methods police officers use vary from department to department even within the same state, what police officers can/can’t do is dependent on state & federal laws, & case laws passed by the US Supreme Court/State Courts. @mrsilver85172 жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same damn thing. You're not going to get a court date until the next work week. One of two things is true. 1 - The lawyer who told him that was messing with him (for whatever reason; friendly joke, to passive aggressiveness). 2 - Someone told the lawyer that and the lawyer took it at face value, showing his extreme lack of understanding of the judicial system. ...but don't worry, you'll get hot dogs on Friday!!! For your average criminal; they'll be going through withdrawal as well. Here's real advice for your average criminal. - You never did anything illegal, so stop bragging about it to every idiot you meet, even if you did do something illegal. - Use your words sparingly, learn to hear the subliminal. (Only real OG's will understand what I mean because I'm failing to explain it) - Ruthless. Always. (Doesn't mean go looking for trouble, but if trouble finds you; bury it 6 feet deep in the middle of nowhere). - Got arrested? For the most part; never say anything except 'lawyer', but if your hand is forced, "I don't know." - If you move weight, you should be aware of each and every car surrounding you. Take note of suspicious ones, when you start getting followed, get out of the game. If you stop moving weight, all their work will be for naught, and you'll have a good chance of getting out clean. - You don't have friends, don't tell them anything you've done, ever. You ain't done no shit, you don't know no shit, you don't want to be around no shit. Loose lips sink ships. - The realest most gangster people I've met - they never talk about it; they are about it. The weakest in that life do nothing but talk about it. Neither are your friends, but never make the mistake of thinking the person doing all the talking is the most gangster; it's the guy sitting quietly whose truly about it.
