Why so rude to Dave? Sincerely. Kyle was funny throughout. He just was unnecessarily making failed/mistimed jokes towards Dave’s weight. I wish someone would’ve asked him why the hate. The radical left is simple to analyze: the lies, the bullying, the riots, the hypocrisy, the cheating, etc. The radical left is fueled by HATRED. Hatred for what? Hatred for being born into a world that requires hard work, sacrifice and suffering - a Meritocracy. Hatred for being born into a world that doesn't reward them anything without hard work and sacrifice (the generation that rewarded all children with a trophy despite hard work, discipline, sacrifice and abilities). Hatred AND jealousy for others who accept the natural laws of a meritocracy; hard work, sacrifice, suffering and ability. Bottom line??? They hate themselves! And they hate the world for being born into a world that requires sacrifice, hard work and self discipline (a meritocracy), and so THIS is why they believe they are victims: they are victims of being born into a world that they do not nor cannot cope with. And THIS is why they destroy everything around themselves including and especially the TRUTH. They hate themselves for simply being born! And THIS is why they burn and destroy everything, including themselves. And THIS is the ultimate reason why they hate God and why they hate those who acknowledge God. They hate God for being born!!! AND it is this very hatred for God that perpetuates their rabid thirst for power and destruction which will never be quenched...

Here, I'll entertain you. Here is the proper explanation of the right to self defense in Wisconsin specifically: "A person is privileged to threaten or intentionally use force against another for the purpose of preventing or terminating what the person reasonably believes to be an unlawful interference with his or her person by such other person. The actor may intentionally use only such force or threat thereof as the actor reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or terminate the interference. The actor may not intentionally use force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm unless the actor reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself." Now please explain to me, when he terminated the first person, how was that person causing unlawful interference with Kyle without laying a finger on him? Last time i checked, running toward someone, even threateningly, is not unlawful. Now even if it was, it can be argued the use of deadly force is not necessary to stop someone running, and is an intent to cause death or great bodily harm. I need some help understanding this.
@Socherbal2 жыл бұрын
@Burn KZbin’s HQ With them inside yeah there is a bunch of crazy crap going on right now and you may be right, but even if it was a distraction, it was morally deficient of them to pursue a 17 year old kid the way they did. Let’s not forget, he faced and still faces some severe diversity due to these overzealous ADAs. He spent, what was it, 83 days in prison, went through an incredibly stressful trial for no reason, and now suffers panic attacks. As someone that has suffered some serious panic attacks of my own, those are no cakewalk. Thought I was dying a few times. Turns out it was just a panic attack. Poor kid will probably have some serious mental repercussions for the rest of his life. Thankfully, he is still young and probably still mentally resilient enough for them not to be too bad

It's because of perception. The narrative Guage had the entire time was that he was protecting others from an active shooter. We know that was a bullshit story but the prosecutor believed it enough to form a basis for a murder charge against Kyle. So attempted murder is off the table there. As for the concealed weapon. Did hr admit to concealing it? If not, it's just open carry like lots of others that night. Even if it is partially concealed like half in a pocket or waiste band, it's still open carry for the most part. It would be too difficult getting a conviction. It was truly like watching your own child or younger sibling try so desperately to be understood and maintain their composure at the same time. He literally took a skateboard to the back of his head for our freedoms and should be commended for doing so. GOD bless Kyle's mother, sisters and closest supporters as well. As a mother of 2 boys my heart broke for his mother many times during those 2.5 weeks but thankfully I was able to cry tears of happiness and relief with her as well when he was rightfully vindicated. This was all such a weird situation in 2020. The actions of him and his friends were worthy of celebration at the time, not because three people were shot, but because in the middle of violent anarchist and communist destruction in cities across our country, when state and local political and police authorities happily abdicated their most basic justification for existing (maintaining law and order for the preservation of the lives and rights of individuals and their private property), a small group of people demonstrated that they were not going to let radicals destroy their community, and that they were willing to use force only as a last resort in the face of aggression. That little beacon of hope was worthy of celebration to those of us who don't hate our country, who don't hate people who have more than us, who don't hate the police, and who don't hate our neighbors.
