Thank you, one tip I'd add at 1:55 in the video. When you put your finger under the tab and press up to remove the left cover over the developing unit, press forward on the cover to release it. I had to rewatch that part a couple of times.

Good video, I would say the little cover, flip it up and push forwards. The only other thing I had to do that you didn't touch on, was adjust the MC setting as the prints were a little dirty (my setting was defaulted on 3). This can be found in Maint service setting > MC adjust it one increment level (up or down, down if grubby). I selected 1 (although 2 cured the problem).

Hi. Thanks for sharing the best ones. I have checked commercial color printer, color laser printer and many different types of printers all my life. One cannot pick and choose amongst those because all have their specifications but it is just that it depends on your requirement. I completely rely on Axis Business Technologies for copiers and printers related decisions. They have been such a help because apart from providing good services, they also offer repair services.

How do you clean this machine if it has ghost lines on printouts?

Thank you it was quite helpful, however, even upon selecting the new developer unit option and restarting the machine (it runs for about 5 minutes) I am still getting black pages. Any idea? (I didn't insert a new one but cleaned all the toner in it.)

after replacement I have error 7410. I tried many times and thoroughly. Interestingly, when I start the printer with the top cover open. a message will appear asking you to close the cover, and when you do, the printer is working. but rebooting still shows error 7410
